A workshop built around your data, not generic case studies

Most inventory workshops walk you through theoretical examples. This one runs your actual company data through EIM’s forecasting and analysis spreadsheets. Before the workshop, you have the option to send EIM your inventory data using a provided template. EIM ranks it, prepares it on day one.

From there, every “what if” scenario, every forecasting exercise, every analysis you run is on your own products, your own usage history, your own suppliers. By the end of day two, you walk out with a concrete list of action items specific to your operation. If you can’t pull your own data, EIM provides a sample database to work with instead.
